FunRadar operates as a ticketing platform connecting Organizers and Ticket Buyers. Because FunRadar does not organize the events listed on the platform, our refund rules are governed by the following framework:
Organizer Responsibility
- Each Organizer sets their own specific refund policy (e.g., "No Refunds," "Refunds up to 7 days before event"). This policy is displayed on the event listing page prior to purchase.
- All refund requests must be directed to the Organizer via the contact options on their event page. FunRadar cannot independently issue refunds without Organizer approval, except as noted in Section 2.
Mandatory Refunds (Event Cancellations)
- If an event is permanently cancelled by the Organizer, Ticket Buyers are automatically entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value.
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you must request a refund from the Organizer within the window specified by the event host.
Non-Refundable Fees
FunRadar service fees, processing fees, and delivery fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover the administrative costs of securing the booking transaction, unless an event is canceled entirely.
